Accessibility
Last updated October 24, 2026
We want everyone to be able to make a story ad with Story Ads Pro, on a phone, tablet or computer. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet contrast guidelines, in light mode and dark mode.
- Forms have labels, and errors say what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Pages work at phone width without sideways scrolling, and text can be zoomed to 200%.
- Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions, and buttons have clear names for screen readers.
- The help assistant (the chat bubble) can be opened, used and closed with a keyboard.
What we're still working on
- Videos you make don't include captions automatically. Your song lyrics are always available as text in your project, and you can add captions in the app you post to.
- Some example videos on our site play without a text description of each scene.
Tell us what isn't working
If anything on Story Ads Pro is hard to use with your device, browser or assistive technology, tell us on the Contact page and choose “Accessibility.” Let us know the page and what happened. We reply within two business days and work on a fix or another way to get you what you need.
