Your data belongs to you

Everything you make in Story Ads Pro is yours. You can take a copy with you or delete it whenever you want. This page explains how.

What is in your account

• Your profile: email, name, brand name and phone number if you added one.
• Your projects: answers, stories, lyrics, song settings, shot plans, prompts, captions and ad text.
• Your files: songs, images, video clips and finished videos.
• Your social connections: encrypted sign-ins for any platforms you connected.

Download your work

You can download your finished videos, short versions and other files from inside each project at any time.

Your final videos are built in your own browser, so you also keep a copy on your device whenever you save one.

Ask for a full export

If you want a complete copy of the personal information and project content we hold about you, use the Contact page (Contact page) and ask for a data export. We will check that the request comes from the email address on the account, then send you your information in a common, usable format.

We aim to complete export requests within 30 days.

Correct your information

You can update your name, brand name and phone number in your Profile at any time. To change your email address, or to fix anything you cannot change yourself, use the Contact page (Contact page).

Delete a project or file

You can delete individual projects and uploaded files inside the app. Once deleted, they are removed from your account right away.

Delete your account

You can delete your whole account from your Profile. Deleting your account removes your profile, all your projects and all your uploaded files, and disconnects any social platforms you linked.

If you have an active Story Ads Pro subscription, deleting your account also cancels it. Deleting your account does not refund the current month, as explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy (/policies/refunds).

Account deletion cannot be undone. Download anything you want to keep first.

Timelines

• Projects, files and your profile are removed from your account right away when you delete them.
• Remaining copies are cleared from our active systems within 30 days.
• Backup copies are overwritten within 90 days.
• Billing records are kept only as long as tax and accounting laws require.

What deleting does not remove

Videos you already posted to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok stay on those platforms. Delete them there if you want them gone.

Content you created in your own third-party music, image and video accounts stays in those accounts. Delete it there if you want it removed.
